There are LOTS of quality places to snorkel and dive in Palau, this book gives you some help picking out the best places for you. Also some (not a ton, but adequate) suggestions for dry-land activities.

And yes, I was in Palau spring 2005- the jellys in jellyfish lake are back to a healthy population
